Title
A resolution endorsing a waiver from Appendix C, Subdivision Regulations of 1981, Section III. Geometric Standards, C. Lots, 1. Size, b. width and E. Building Lines as requested by Stafford and Kristie Lucky.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 requires that the Parish Council endorse waivers from Subdivision Regulations; and,
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Regulations require lots to meet the minimum width and minimum building setbacks of the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a waiver from the width and building setback requirement for Lot A as shown on a survey by Louis J. Gassen Jr., PLS dated November 8, 2021; and,
WHEREAS, granting the waiver will allow Lot A to remain at its originally platted 50 foot width and maintain a side yard setback of 4.19 feet; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the resubdivision with the required waiver at their February 3, 2022 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this supporting authorization to endorse a waiver from the minimum width and building line requirements to allow Lot A, of subdivision of a portion of farm lot 4, Lone Star Plantation, Luling as shown on a plan by Louis J. Gassen Jr., PLS dated November 8, 2021, as requested by Stafford and Kristie Lucky.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:




And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2022, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
