Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Hartman Engineering, Inc. for necessary Consulting Engineering Services associated with Parish Project No. P000310, Dunleith Canal Channel Crossing.
Body
WHEREAS, Resolution 4516, adopted May 18, 1998, as amended by Resolution 4565, adopted September 21, 1998, adopted a Engineering Contract known as form ENG-5-98, as the standard Engineering Contract for St. Charles Parish, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 00-6-17, adopted June 19, 2000, deviates from said form ENG-5-98 and excludes Resident Inspection services.
WHEREAS, the Project Budget is modified to include Resident Project Representative Services, as per the attached Amendment 1.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Professional Services Agreement between Hartman Engineering, Inc. and the Parish of St. Charles is hereby amended and approved.
SECTION II. That all other provisions of the Agreement, dated June 20, 2000 shall remain in full force and effect except as stated herein.
