A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer an OBJECTION to Rorelory, LLC, MVN 2007-03765 EGG, WQC WW 080229-01, CUP P20071137 for a permit to clear, excavate, grade, and deposit fill to construct a building pad, driveway, roadway, and parking area for the purpose of building a pharmacy complex, Highway 61 at the intersection of Ormond Boulevard, Destrehan, in St. Charles Parish.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer an OBJECTION in connection with the application of Rorelory, LLC, MVN 2007-03765 EGG, WQC WW 080229-01, CUP P20071137 for a permit to clear, excavate, grade, and deposit fill to construct a building pad, driveway, roadway, and parking area for the purpose of building a pharmacy complex, Highway 61 at the intersection of Ormond Boulevard, Destrehan, in St. Charles Parish.
SECTION II. That the offer of OBJECTION is issued chiefly due to the fact that it is located North of US 61 and the levee project is not complete.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
