Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One - (Final) for Parish Project No. P060405, Road Maintenance 2006, to increase the original contract amount by $51,370.65 and to increase the original contract time by 15 calendar days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 06-9-3 adopted September 5, 2006 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. P060405, Road Maintenance 2006, to Barriere Construction Company, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a increase of $51,370.65 in the original contract amount and an increase of 15 calendar days in the original contract time.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One - (Final) for Parish Project No. P060405, Road Maintenance 2006, to increase the original contract amount by $51,370.65 and to increase the original contract time by 15 calendar days.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
