Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1)  - Final for Parish Project No. P000324, Pump Station Covers, to balance contractual quantities with actual job quantities.
Body
WHEREAS,      Ordinance No. 01-10-4, adopted October 1, 2001, by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. P000324, Pump Station Covers, to Professional Construction Services, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS,      the project was completed by the Professional Construction Services, Inc. eight (8) days ahead of the original completion date and $2000.00 under the original contract price.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.      That Change Order No. One (1) - Final to the contract for the Pump Station Covers to reduce contract time by eight (8) days and offer a $2000.00 credit to St. Charles Parish is hereby approved.
SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
