Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of the C.L. Bougere Estate lying between the Mississippi River and Lake Pontchartrain into Tracts herein designated as Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7, of the C.L. Bougere Estate situated in Section 6, 17, 50, & 51, T12S R7E, Section 53, T12S R8E and Section 44 T11S R8E, Montz, St. Charles Parish, La., as requested by the Succession of Thelma L. Bougere.
Body
WHEREAS, the Succession of the C.L. Bougere Estate own an undeveloped tract of land in Montz, La; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide the identified tract for future development; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Riverland Surveying Company, dated February 22, 2001 for resubdivision of the C.L. Bougere Estates lying between the Mississippi River and Lake Pontchartrain into Tracts herein designated as Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7, of the C.L. Bougere Estate situated in Section 6, 17, 50, & 51, T12S R7E, Section 53, T12S R8E and Section 44 T11S R8E, Montz, St. Charles Parish, La.is hereby approved.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this _______ day of ___________, 2001, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
