IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Abby Renee Rochelle is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Norco, Louisiana.  She is the daughter of George and Carey Rochelle, and has two siblings George and Shelby; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on Sunday, August 4, 2019, Abby was crowned the 61st Miss Queen at the annual St. Charles Parish Festival Pageant held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School in Norco.  She also received the Fashion Award and Sweetness Award; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Abby will represent the parish at several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
