Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Lantz Savage for - "Savage Law Firm, PLC" - law firm at 121 Oak Lane, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Lantz Savage would require Louisiana State licensing for a law firm.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Lantz Savage, 121 Oak Lane, Luling La. is for - "Savage Law Firm, PLC" - a law firm.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Lantz Savage a home occupation permit for a law firm.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2003, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
