Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of George & Stephanie Dunmiles for "Simply Snowballs" - a snowball stand at 722 Paul Maillard Road, Luling, La.

Body

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of George & Stephanie Dunmiles would require Louisiana State Board of Health approval for operating a snowball stand.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by George & Stephanie Dunmiles, 722 Paul Maillard Road, Luling, La is for  - "Simply Snowballs" - a snowball stand.

      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant George & Stephanie Dunmiles a home occupation permit for a snowball stand.

      The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
