Title
A resolution to approve and authorize the execution of a letter by St. Charles Parish approving McKim & Creed, Inc. as assignee in title of GSA Consulting Engineers, Inc. in connection with the Contract for Engineering Services with GSA Consulting Engineers, Inc. for the Luling Oxidation Pond Rehab. & Upgrade.

WHEREAS, as approved in Ordinance 17-7-17, and amended by Ordinance 21-6-13 St. Charles Parish entered into a contract for Engineering Services with GSA Consulting Engineers, Inc. on August 4, 2017, the scope of which was to perform maintenance and improvements to the existing St. Charles Parish Luling Oxidation Pond to maintain compliance with State and Federal Regulations administered by the Department of Environmental Quality, including current effluent permit limits; and,
WHEREAS, McKim & Creed, Inc. is the assignee in title to GSA Consulting Engineers, Inc; and,
WHEREAS, all services, compensation, schedule and payment shall remain as provided in Ordinance No. 17-7-17 and amending Ordinance 21-6-13.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of a letter supporting the assignment in title of GSA Consulting Engineers, Inc. to McKim & Creed, Inc.as assignee in title to GSA Consulting Engineers, Inc. in connection with the Engineering Services Contract entered into with St. Charles Parish on August 4, 2017, and June 14, 2021.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said letter supporting the assignment in title of GSA Consulting Engineers to McKim & Creed, Inc.
