A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer a STRONG OBJECTION to Willowridge Estates, L.L.C., MVN-2006-3898-EFF, WQC JP 061102-08, CUP P20060372 for a permit to develop 83.8 acre subdivision, Willowridge Estates Phase VI, Section 4 9 T14S R21E, in Luling, in St. Charles Parish.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer a STRONG OBJECTION in connection with the application of Willowridge Estates, L.L.C., MVN-2006-3898-EFF, WQC JP 061102-08, CUP P20060372 for a permit to develop 83.8 acre subdivision, Willowridge Estates Phase VI, Section 4 9 T14S R21E, in Luling, in St. Charles Parish.
SECTION II. That the offer of STRONG OBJECTION is issued until a Hurricane Protection Levee is built.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
