Title

A resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of 2020-5-SPU for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district, Lot 71, Square H, Ormond Country Club Estates Subdivision, 124 Nottaway Drive, Destrehan as requested by Brad Simon.

Body

WHEREAS,                     Brad Simon requested a special permit use for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Department of Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the special permit use; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the special permit at its regular meeting on September 3, 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of a Special Permit Use for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district, Lot 71, Square H, Ormond Country Club Estates Subdivision, 124 Nottaway Drive, Destrehan as requested by Brad Simon.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
