Title
A resolution requesting that the Planning & Zoning Department draft an ordinance to provide an exception to the four (4) feet fence height requirement for the front yard setbacks in cases where a lot exists from street to street between two (2) streets and has two (2) fronts, but one (1) frontage setback area is requested to be fenced off with a fence in excess of four (4) feet and used as a rear yard.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby request that the Planning & Zoning Department draft an ordinance to provide an exception to the four (4) feet fence height requirement for the front yard setbacks in cases where a lot exists from street to street between two (2) streets and has two (2) fronts, but one (1) frontage setback area is requested to be fenced off with a fence in excess of four (4) feet and used as a rear yard.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2019, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
