IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

WHEREAS,                     London Bryce Lee is a resident of St. Charles Parish, residing in Destrehan, Louisiana.  She is the daughter of Tennesha and Joey Lee and has one sister named Joriyan; and,

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on Sunday, August 4, 2019, London was crowned the 2nd Jr. Miss Queen at the 61st annual St. Charles Parish Festival pageant held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School in Norco; and,

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     London will represent the parish at several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.

 

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
