Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Kyle Associates, LLC, to perform engineering services for Norco Force Main Transfer Station (Project No. S211101), not to exceed $425,200.00.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish desires to install a new Force Main Transfer Station; and,
WHEREAS, the projected work includes but not limited to; survey, geotechnical, conceptual, preliminary and final design plans; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish wishes to contract with Kyle Associates, LLC, to perform the design, and construction management for the Norco Force Main Transfer Station (Project No. S211101), described in the proposal of services and compensation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Professional Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and Kyle Associates, LLC, to perform engineering services as required by the Department of Public Works/Wastewater for Norco Force Main Transfer Station (Project No. S211101), not to exceed $425,200.00, is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2022, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
