Title

An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Section XXII. C. 4., Regulations for home occupations, to limit each home occupation to one licensed motorized vehicle.

Body

WHEREAS,      Currently, the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances does not regulate the number of licensed motorized  vehicles on site for the use of home occupations; and,

WHEREAS,      The St. Charles Parish Council desires to limit each home occupation to one licensed motorized vehicle.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.      That the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Section XXII. C. 4. is hereby amended as follows:

1. 1. No licensed vehicle in excess of one (1) ton (manufacturer's rating), and no more than one (1) licensed motorized vehicle, shall be utilized by any resident of the premises in connection with the home occupation.
2. 5.      Vote

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

      And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2003, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
