Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of sub-tracts 1, 2, & 3 of the one arpent tract obtained from Victorine Avril Bailey on January 11, 1985, and presently owned by the Heirs of Victorine Bailey, lying on the north westerly side from the River Road, and extending from edge of Batture to the 40 Arpent line, into Remainder of Sub-Tracts 1, 2, 3 and Lots 29A-54A with waiver to the required hard-surface frontage and the Major Subdivision Approval Process on Lots 29A-54A, located in Section 6, T12S R7E., Montz, St. Charles Parish, LA, as requested by the heirs of Victorine Avril Bailey.

WHEREAS, the heirs of Victorine Bailey are the owners of sub-tracts 1, 2, & 3 of the one arpent tract obtained from Victorine Avril Bailey on January 11, 1985, an presently owned by the Heirs of Victorine Bailey, lying on the north westerly side from the River Road, and extending from edge of Batture to the 40 Arpent line, as per plan of Bodin and Webb, Inc., Consulting Engineers dated 4/06/05; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide the identified sub-tracts into remainder of sub-tracts 1, 2, 3 and Lots 29A-54A with waiver to the required hard-surface frontage and the Major Subdivision Approval Process on Lots 29A-54A; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the resubdivison plan presented on a survey by Bodin and Webb, Inc., Consulting Engineers dated 4/06/05 for resubdivision of sub-tracts 1, 2, & 3 of the one arpent tract obtained from Victorine Avril Bailey on January 11, 1985, and presently owned by the Heirs of Victorine Bailey, lying on the north westerly side from the River Road, and extending from edge of Batture to the 40 Arpent line, into Remainder of Sub-Tracts 1, 2, 3 and L...
