WHEREAS, at their meeting of January 8, 2015, the St. Charles Parish Planning Commission recommended denial of PZS 2014-50 requested by Jack Cali, III and Todd & Andree Roberts, for a resubdivision of Lot 10-A of Acadian Trace Subdivision and a portion of Parcel H-1 of a Subdivision of Tract 1 of Ormond Plantation, into Lot 1-H-1 and three additional lots, 2-H-1, 3-H-1, and 4-H; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a recommendation to the Council by the Planning & Zoning Commission, an ordinance by the Parish Council, and certification by the Parish President to approve a resubdivision when a net increase of five (5) or fewer lots is proposed and no new or additional public improvements are required.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. The resubdivision of Lot 10-A of Acadian Trace Subdivision and a portion of Parcel H-1 of a Subdivision of Tract 1 of Ormond Plantation, into Lot 1-H-1 and three additional lots, 2-H-1, 3-H-1, and 4-H-1 of a portion of Tract No 1. Of Ormond Plantation Subdivision as shown on the survey by Stephen Flynn, PLS dated November 24, 2014 (revised January 24, 2015) as requested by Jack Cali, III and Todd and Andree Roberts, is approved.
SECTION II. The Parish President is hereby authorized to certify the attached survey plat for resubdivision of Lot 10-A of Acadian Trace Subdivision and a portion of Parcel H-1 of a Subdivision of Tract 1 of Ormond Plantation, into Lo...
