IN   RECOGNITION
WHEREAS,      Harlie Ann Kinler is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Luling, Louisiana with her parents Holly and Michael Kinler, her brother Michael, Jr., and her sister Hallie; and,
WHEREAS,      Harlie is a 2014 graduate of Hahnville High School and is currently attending Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, majoring in Engineering; and,
WHEREAS,      Harlie enjoys playing softball, volleyball, and volunteering for various charitable organizations; and,
WHEREAS,      Harlie was crowned Miss Queen II at the second annual St. Charles Parish Relay for Life Pageant held Saturday, January 24, 2015, at the Paradis Volunteer Fire Station in Paradis, Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS,      Relay for Life is the American Cancer Society's signature activity uniting communities to celebrate cancer survivors, remember people who lost their battle to the disease, and honor those still fighting while raising awareness and funds for the fight against cancer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
HARLIE ANN KINLER
