Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Crescent Engineering & Mapping, LLC, to perform engineering services for the King and Hahn Street Drainage Improvements (Project No. P220202), in the amount not to exceed $432,650.00.
Body
WHEREAS, the Parish desires to improve the drainage system in the area of King and Hahn Streets in Hahnville by developing a new outfall channel; and,
WHEREAS, the new outfall channel would be connected to the existing drainage systems of King Street and Hahn Street via reinforced concrete box culverts; and,
WHEREAS, the Professional Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and Crescent Engineering & Mapping, LLC, describes the details of the proposed services and compensation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Professional Services Agreement between St. Charles Parish and Crescent Engineering & Mapping, LLC, Project No. P220202, in the amount not to exceed $432,650.00, is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2022, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
