Title
An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance changing the zoning classification from M-2 and M-3 to OL at Parcels L3 and H3 of Killona Investments Subdivision and 387 acres of adjacent land near 18435 River Road, Killona LA as requested by 3C Riverside Properties, LLC.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, is hereby amended to approve the change of zoning classification from M-2 and M-3 to OL on portions of Parcels H3 and L3 of Killona Investments Subdivision, shown on a plan by Michael D. Bernard dated March 13, 2001 as requested by 3C Riverside Properties, LLC. The extent of the rezoning request is identified on an attached sketch by NRP, Map No. EA09050501-02, dated 5/15/2009.
SECTION II. That the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, is hereby amended to approve the change of zoning classification from M-2 and M-3 to OL on portions of the Clouate Tract, the Picard Tract, and Trinity Plantation which tracts are shown on a survey by Lucien C. Gassen dated August 25, 1997 as requested by 3C Riverside Properties, LLC. The extent of the rezoning request is identified on an attached sketch by NRP, Map No. EA09050501-02, dated 5/15/2009.
SECTION III To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect these reclassifications of approximately 471.35 acres from M-2 and M-3 to OL in Killona as shown on an attached sketch by NRP, Map No. EA09050501-02, dated 5/15/2009 as requested by 3C Riverside Properties, LLC.
