Title
An ordinance providing mandatory supporting authorization to Christina and Lauricella to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2003-64, Evangeline City, Phase 2 Subdivision. The developer is hereby authorized to proceed with the plat as presented at the regular meeting of April 7, 2005 with a waiver to the required subsurface drainage.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting ordinance of the Parish Council for a waiver to required sub-surface drainage for new subdivision construction; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owners, Christina and Lauricella, wishes to construct Evangeline City, Phase 2 using open swale drainage design.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
    SECTION I.     Hereby provides this supporting ordinance for the subdivision development outlined in the Subdivision Approval application contained in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZS-2003-64.
