Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Fifth African Baptist Church to endorse the Planning and Zoning Commission positive recommendation to waive the parking and setback requirements for the approved special permit for church at 184 Third Street, St. Rose.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council to waive any zoning regulations associated with a special permit use; and,
WHEREAS,      the applicant requested a waiver to the parking and setback requirements for the placement of a multipurpose room; and,
WHEREAS,      the Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular approved PZSPU-2013-10 and recommended approval of the noted waivers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to waive all required parking for the multipurpose structure; and, to reduce the rear setback to zero.
