Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Kenneth Johnson - "Emerald Knights Home Improvement Inc." - home repairs at 108 St. John St., Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Kenneth Johnson would require Louisiana State licensing for home repairs.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Kenneth Johnson, 108 St. John St., Luling, La. is for - "Emerald Knights Home Improvement Inc." - home repairs is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Kenneth Johnson a home occupation permit for home repairs.
