Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from M-1 to R-1M on approximately 7.2 acres of Parcel D-2AA, Fairview Plantation Subdivision, St. Rose, as requested by BMB Real Estate, LLC.
Body
WHEREAS, the property owner requests rezoning from M-1 to R-1M on approximately 7.2 acres of Parcel D-2AA, Fairview Plantation Subdivision, St. Rose as shown on a plan for a Manufactured Home Park by Quality Fab and Mechanical dated 9/23/2020; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department recommended denial of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of the request at its regular meeting of November 5, 2020.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from M-1 to R-1M on approximately 7.2 acres of Parcel D-2AA, Fairview Plantation Subdivision, St. Rose, as shown on a plan for a Manufactured Home Park by Quality Fab and Mechanical dated 9/23/2020 and requested by BMB Real Estate, LLC.
SECTION II. The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from M-1 to R-1M on approximately 7.2 acres of Parcel D-2AA, Fairview Plantation Subdivision, St. Rose, as shown on a plan for a Manufactured Home Park by Quality Fab and Mechanical dated 9/23/2020 and requested by BMB Real Estate, LLC.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ____________, 2021 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
