A resolution providing mandatory support for the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1B zoning district on Lot 202, Square 10, Ormond Country Club Subdivision, municipal address 2003 Ormond Boulevard, Destrehan as requested by Michael Norton.

Body

WHEREAS,                     Michael Norton requests a special permit use to permit an accessory dwelling unit to a house in an R-1B zoning district; and,

WHEREAS,                     the St Charles Parish Department of Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the special permit use; and,

WHEREAS,                     the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission approved the special permit at its regular meeting on August 2, 2018.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL hereby provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of a Special Permit Use for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1B zoning district on Lot 202, Square 10, Ormond Country Club Subdivision, municipal address 2003 Ormond Boulevard, Destrehan as requested by Michael Norton.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
