Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Mary Williams - "AZISA Wellness Spa" - wellness consulting at 347 Acorn Street, Boutte, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Mary Williams would require Louisiana State licensing for wellness consulting.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Mary Williams, 347 Acorn Street, Boutte, La. is for - "AZISA Wellness Spa" - wellness consulting is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Mary Williams a home occupation permit for wellness consulting.
