Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Josephine Harrison for - "Josie's Beauty Salon" - a hair salon at 217 Riverview Drive, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Josephine Harrison would require Louisiana State Cosmetology licensing.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Josephine Harrison, 217 Riverview Drive, St. Rose, La. is for - "Josie's Beauty Salon" - a hair salon is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Josephine Harrison a home occupation permit for a hair salon.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
