An ordinance to approve a resubdivision of a portion of property abutting Gassen Subdivision as described on Acts of Sale from Robert P. Gueno to Joseph D Dufresne recorded in COB 441, Folio 802 and Cob 423, Folio 326 into Lots D-1, D-2, and DB-1 with a waiver to the hard surface frontage for Lot D-2 in T13S R21E, St. Charles Parish (13561 River Road) Luling as requested by Diahann L Dufresne.

WHEREAS, At their July 9, 2015 meeting, the Planning Commission recommended approval of PZS-2015-23, resubdivision of a portion of property abutting Gassen Subdivision as described on Acts of Sale from Robert P. Gueno to Joseph D Dufresne recorded in COB 441, Folio 802 and Cob 423, Folio 326 into Lots D-1, D-2, and DB-1 with a waiver to the hard surface frontage for Lot D-2 in T13S R21E, St. Charles Parish (13561 River Road) Luling as requested by Diahann L Dufresne; and,
WHEREAS, The St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) stipulates that consideration of a minor resubdivision and a waiver to the requirements for hard-surface frontage by the Planning and Zoning Commission also requires approval by the St. Charles Parish Parish Council.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the resubdivision of a portion of property abutting Gassen Subdivision as described on Acts of Sale from Robert P. Gueno to Joseph D Dufresne recorded in COB 441, Folio 802 and Cob 423, Folio 326 into Lots D-1, D-2, and DB-1 with a waiver to the hard surface frontage for Lot D-2 in T13S R21E, St. Charles Parish (13561 River Road) Luling as requested by Diahann L Dufresne, is hereby approved.
SECTION II. The Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached surveys by Lucien C Gassen, dated March 24, 2015 (revised June 3, 2015 to show additional utility locations.
