Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Sandra & Edward Vinnett Sr. to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-69, a resubdivision of an unidentified lot at Elkinsville into Lots X & Y located in Section 39, T13S R9E, (229 First Street), St. Rose, St. Charles Parish, La. with a waiver to the minimum lot size for Lots X & Y.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to the minimum lot size for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners Sandra & Edward Vinnett Sr., wish to subdivide an unidentified lot at Elkinsville into Lots X & Y located in Section 39, T13S R9E, (229 First Street), St. Rose, St. Charles Parish, La.; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested a waiver from the required minimum square footage for Lots X & Y.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Sandra & Edward Vinnett Sr. to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-69, a resubdivision of an unidentified lot at Elkinsville into Lots X & Y located in Section 39, T13S R9E, (229 First Street), St. Rose, St. Charles Parish, La. with a waiver to the minimum lot size for Lots X & Y.
