Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. P020101, Chestnut Drive Drainage Improvements, to decrease the contract amount by $11,550.80 and increase the contract time by 31 days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-8-2 adopted August 2, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. P020101, Chestnut Drive Drainage Improvements, to Fleming Construction Company, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $11,550.80 in the contract amount and an increase of 31day in the contract time.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. P020101, Chestnut Drive Drainage Improvements, to decrease the contract amount by $11,550.80 and to increase the contract time by 31 days.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
