Title
A resolution adopting the St. Charles Parish Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan for usage in the implementation of the FY2004 St. Charles Parish Louisiana Community Development Block Grant (LCDBG) Program, West Bank Street Improvements.
Body
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development prohibits the release of Community Development Block Grant funds until the grantee officially adopts and certifies that it is following a residential antidisplacement and relocation assistance plan; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Government has formulated its Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan under Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, for compliance with federal requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Parish Council that, the St. Charles Parish Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan, as required under Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, be hereby officially adopted for usage in the implementation of the FY2004 St. Charles Parish LCDBG Program, West Bank Street Improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, Mr. Albert D. Laque be hereby authorized to forward the official plan and appropriate certification statement to the Louisiana Division of Administration.
