RESOLUTION NO.                                                                

Title

A resolution to appoint Mr. Patrick O’Malley to the St. Charles Parish Civil Service Board.

Body

WHEREAS,                     there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH CIVIL SERVICE BOARD due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Ralph Wilderson on August 1, 2022; and,

WHEREAS,                     it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that                      Mr. Patrick O’Malley                                                                                    34 East Levert Drive, Luling, LA  70070                                                                is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH CIVIL SERVICE BOARD.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire AUGUST 1, 2025.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
