Title

A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Aaron Campeaux to endorse the Planning Board of Commissioners positive recommendation for special permit PZSPU-2016-02 to operate a towing yard on Lot 9C, Pecan Grove Subdivision, municipal address 12118 River Road, St. Rose.

Body

WHEREAS,                     the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Section VI(D)(II)(1)(b)(6) requires a Special Permit Use for tow yards in the M-2 zoning district; and,

WHEREAS,                     at their meeting on May 5, 2016, the St. Charles Parish Planning Board of Commissioners recommended approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, provides this resolution in support of the Planning Board of Commissioners decision to permit a tow yard in an M-2 zoning district as requested in PZSPU-2016-02 by Aaron Campeaux.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
