Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) for the Ormond Road Raising Project to increase the contract amount by $54,206.60.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.      That Ordinance No. 99-6-19 adopted June 21, 1999, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Hebert Brothers Engineers, Inc. for the construction of the Ormond Road Raising Project in the amount of $528,505.93; and,
SECTION II.  That it is necessary to increase the contract amount by $54,206.60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) to the contract for the Ormond Road Raising Project to increase the contract amount by $54,206.60; and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute this Change Order to the contract.
