RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. David P. Schexnaydre, Sr., to the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission as the District III Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION; due to the expiration of the term of Mr. David Schexnaydre on May 31, 2021; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. David P. Schexnaydre, Sr. 189 Schexnaydre Lane, Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION as the District III Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective MAY 31, 2021 and shall expire MAY 31, 2025.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
