RESOLUTION NO. 5098
.Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Curlis J. Matherne to the Sunset Drainage District Board of Commissioners.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the SUNSET DRAINAGE DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS; and,
WHEREAS, The Council is desirous of filling this vacancy; and,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Curlis J. Matherne 125 Dixie Drive, Des Allemands, LA 70030 be appointed to the SUNSET DRAINAGE DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective MAY 9, 2003 and terminate MAY 9, 2008 .
