Title
An ordinance of the Parish of St. Charles, State of Louisiana, providing that the Code of Ordinances, Parish of St. Charles, be amended by revising and adding Miscellaneous Council Records maps, Budget Books, Unaudited Financial Statements, and Audited Financial Statements to Chapter 2, Article I., Section 2-2., Fees of copies of documents.
Body
WHEREAS, the Code of Ordinances currently provides a fee of $20.00 for a Budget Book, $25.00 for an Unaudited Financial Statement, and $25.00 for an Audited Financial Statement; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to revise these fees to more clearly reflect their actual cost of reproduction and to establish the fee for maps.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Chapter 2, Article I., Section 2-2.(a) of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended under Document to revise the fees as noted.
