An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Sandra Gail Tisdale - "Amanda's Pantry" - a catering business at 217 Dianne Drive, St. Rose, La.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Sandra Gail Tisdale would require Louisiana State Board of Health approval for operating a catering business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS;
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Sandra Gail Tisdale at 217 Dianne Drive, St. Rose for - "Amanda's Pantry" - a catering business.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Sandra Gail Tisdale a home occupation permit for a catering business.
