An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Kathleen Baham - "A-No Limit Bail Bonds" - a bail bond business at 151 Adams Street, Killona, La.

Body

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations in which delivery of service or product to customers will occur in or at the home; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Kathleen Baham would provide a bail bond services at the home.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by Kathleen Baham at 151 Adams Street, Killona, for - "A-No Limit Bails Bonds" - a bail bonds business.

      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Kathleen Baham a home occupation permit for a bail bonds business.
