Title

An ordinance to provide for the installation of "No Hazardous Cargo Route" signs in the 800 Block of Marino Drive and Clayton Drive, Norco.

Body

WHEREAS,      Traffic control signs have been posted by the Department of Public Works since the adoption of Ordinance No. 82-10-9; and,

WHEREAS,      In accordance with Section 15-5, Motor Vehicles and Traffic of the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to order the erection, removal and location of such traffic control signs, signals, devices and markings as provided in the chapter or any amendments hereto.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HERBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That "NO HAZARDOUS CARGO ROUTE" signs shall be installed in the 800 block of Marino Drive and Clayton Drive, Norco.
