Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Louise & Ward Aucoin - "Haulin' Tails Seafood" - a wholesale seafood operation at 102 Pine Street, Des Allemands, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Bobbie W. Williams would require Louisiana State licensing for a wholesale seafood operation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Louise & Ward Aucoin, 102 Pine Street, Des Allemands, La. is for - "Haulin' Tails Seafood" - a wholesale seafood operation is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Louise & Ward Aucoin a home occupation permit for a wholesale seafood operation.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
