Title

An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1A to R-1A(M) on Lot 112-A, Square C, St. Charles Terrace Subdivision, New Sarpy, as requested by Fredrick Kenner & Irma Lagrange.

Body

WHEREAS,                     the property owner requests rezoning from R-1A to R-1A(M) on Lot 112-A, Square C, St. Charles Terrace Subdivision, New Sarpy, as requested by Fredrick Kenner & Irma Lagrange; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning and Zoning Department recommended denial of the request; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of the request at its regular meeting of July 7, 2022.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

                     SECTION I.                     The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from R-1A to R-1A(M) on Lot 112-A, Square C, St. Charles Terrace Subdivision, New Sarpy, as requested by Fredrick Kenner & Irma Lagrange.

SECTION II.                     The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from R-1A to R-1A(M) on Lot 112-A, Square C, St. Charles Terrace Subdivision, New Sarpy, as requested by Fredrick Kenner & Irma Lagrange.

                     The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

 

 

 

 

                     And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2022 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
