Title
An ordinance to rename Brazan Street, Hahnville to Stonecrest Drive.
Body
WHEREAS, the map entitled Final Plan River Place Estates Phase 1, dated November 13, 2020 shows a street segment named Brazan Street; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 21-1-4 authorized the execution of an Act of Dedication for the subdivision as shown on the map; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the owners of Lots 21 & 22 that the street name be changed to Stonecrest Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council wishes to rename the street segment as requested.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the following street name in Hahnville be changed.
FROM TO
Brazan Street (Public) Stonecrest Drive (Public)
SECTION II. That a copy of this ordinance be sent to the St. Charles Parish Communications District, the St. Charles Parish Planning Department, and the U.S. Postal Service.
SECTION III. That the owners of Lots 21 & 22 shall provide and install the proper street sign to mark the street.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
