Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Kenneth Aubert, Sr. - "Brit's Sno on the Go" - a mobile snowball stand at 329 Turtle Creek Lane, St. Rose, La.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Kenneth Aubert, Sr. would require Louisiana State licensing for a mobile snowball stand.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.  That the described home occupation application by Kenneth Aubert, Sr., 329 Turtle Creek Lane, St. Rose, La. is for - "Brit's Sno on the Go" - a mobile snowball stand is hereby approved.

      SECTION II.  That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Kenneth Aubert, Sr. a home occupation permit for a mobile snowball stand.

      The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
