RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Robert A. Colon, Jr. to the Industrial Development Board.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Robert A. Colon, Jr. on October 1, 2009; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Robert A. Colon, Jr. 461 Goodhope Street, Norco, Louisiana 70079 is hereby appointed to the INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective OCTOBER 1, 2009 and shall expire OCTOBER 1, 2015.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of 2009, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
