An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an Act of Dedication for the Mark Drive Extension, Shamrock Park Phase II Subdivision, Bayou Gauche, La
Body
WHEREAS, RJM Enterprises, Inc. is the owner and developer of a certain portion of property located in St. Charles Parish, more fully described as Shamrock Park Phase II Subdivision, a resubdivision of a portion of Lots 891, 892, 893 and 894 of the Sunset Drainage District in Section 3, Township 15 South, Range 20 East and Section 34, Township 14 South, Range 20 East into Lots 107-154 Shamrock Park Phase II, and indicated servitude's on a Final Plat prepared by Lucien C. Gassen, PLS ad dated May 15, 1999.
WHEREAS, When said subdivision was dedicated the street improvements were not made to the Mark Drive extension from Second Street to Shamrock Drive; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 99-6-9 adopted on June 7, 1999 accepted all improvements constructed along Lots 101 thru106 but did not recognize them as legal lots of record until such time as the Mark Drive Extension was hard surfaced in accordance with Parish specifications; and
WHEREAS, said street improvements have now been constructed and received all administrative approvals.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Dedication by RJM Enterprises, Inc. to St. Charles Parish is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Dedication on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
SECTION III. That lots 101-106 are hereby accepted as legal lots of record.
