THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from C-3 to M-1 at portions of Tracts 14, 4A, 4C, 4D-1A, 4D-1-B, 1-A and 10D-1 and to rezone portions of Tracts 14 and 4D-1-A from C-3 to M-2, Sugarland Subdivision, situated in Sections 1, 97-102 and 121, T13S R20E and Sections 6, 7 & 8, T13S R21E, Luling, St. Charles Parish, La, as requested by Esperanza Land, LLC
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from C-3 to M-1 at portions of Tracts 14, 4A, 4C, 4D-1A, 4D-1-B, 1-A and 10D-1 and to rezone portions of Tracts 14 and 4D-1-A from C-3 to M-2, Sugarland Subdivision, situated in Sections 1, 97-102 and 121, T13S R20E and Sections 6, 7 & 8, T13S R21E, Luling, St. Charles Parish, La, as requested by Esperanza Land, LLC
