Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Nancy Alfred - "Muddy Paws Mobile Pet Grooming." - a grooming van at 503 South Fashion Blvd., Hahnville, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Nancy Alfred would require Louisiana State licensing for a grooming van.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Nancy Alfred, 503 South Fashion Blvd., Hahnville, La is for - "Muddy Paws Mobile Pet Grooming" - a grooming van is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Nancy Alfred a home occupation permit for a grooming van.
