Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 3 for the Willowridge Pump Station Project No. P080905-4A, Willowridge Levee - Phase II, State Project No.H.010102, as part of the West Bank Hurricane Protection Levee Project, to increase the contract amount by $37,664.60 and increase the contract time by one hundred and eighty five (185) days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15-8-5 adopted August 3, 2015, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Sealevel Construction Inc. for the Willowridge Pump Station Project No. P080905-4A, Willowridge Levee - Phase II, State Project No.H.010102, in the amount of $5,572,160.00; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16-9-2 adopted September 21, 2016, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order #1 to the contract with Sealevel Construction Inc. for the Willowridge Pump Station Project No. P080905-4A, Willowridge Levee - Phase II, State Project No.H.010102, for an increased amount of $60,059.00 and an increase in contract time by forty three (43) days; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16-11-7 adopted November 28, 2016, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order #2 to the contract with Sealevel Construction Inc. for the Willowridge Pump Station Project No. P080905-4A, Willowridge Levee - Phase II, State Project No.H.010102, for an increased amount of $32,895.00 and an increase in contract time by forty three (14) days; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 is a result of a change within the scope of the contract to reduce the linear footage of site fencing installed, increase the square yard quantity of Concrete Slope Paving, increase cubic yard quantity of Surfacing material, increase the square yard quantity of Geotextile Separator and increase the tonnage of Grouted Rip/...
